Once delivered to our warehouse, returns can take up to 3 working days to be processed and refunded. Once your order has been refunded, you'll receive an email confirming the refund has been processed.
If it has been longer than 3 working days since your return was delivered to us, please send a copy of the proof of postage with tracking details of your return to customerservices@penelopechilvers.com, and a member of our team will get your refund processed for you.
