In the event you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund the product if the order is returned within 21 days from receipt of delivery. SALE/Discounted orders must be returned within 14 days. Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
For all returns, please complete the returns form with your order. Although we endeavor to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to 4 working days.
Please write on your parcel BRITISH RETURNED GOODS and send it with a reputable courier on a tracked service at your cost to:

We are unable to refund any delivery costs, customs taxes, or duties incurred outside of the UK. If you would like us to arrange a DHL collection from your home or work address, please email customerservices@penelopechilvers.com and one of our team will provide you with a quote.
